AVB has already stated that he expects new signings within a week and hopefully by the end of this week. About time!
But as usual it leaves no time to settle!
The fee has been haggled to death as always with our lovely chairman over Lloris and this has been shown by Jean-Michel Aulas admitting that no fee has been agreed with Tottenham some time ago. This is expected to change and it is unlikely that Lloris will be handing in a transfer request (as Aulas had stated originally) to push through the transfer.
News is expected on this with Lloris keen to make the move and speaking with Kaboul has confirmed this decision.
The media had suggested that the deal depended on the Modric deal, but this is very far from the mark as Tottenham have received investment from the States to help fund further transfers and new contracts (such as Bales).
Although the fee is yet to be agreed it is believed to be around €15.5million
