Season Tickets go up!

Arsenal and Chelsea have frozen their ticket prices as a goodwill gesture, but they can afford it to be fair.

My only problem is if we will see the price increase have a positive effect on the clubs finances for either the stadium or player purchasing and wages?

So on that note I will happily pay and extra £1.50 a game to give Gareth a better contract, not looking for him to bring me a pie and pint at half time thrown in, the hike is fine.

My issue is whether we will actually see this. Yes the price would inevitably go down when there is a new stadium and then slowly creep back up, but as a fan I would happily pay more, but I want more on my investment. Football for me is an investment. The more money the fans spend on their club the more money the club have to improve it (in theory). Then my viewing of the game being played is improved.

Ask yourself this question: Is it too much to pay if you can see it helping? I think not, but I don't necessarily think that it can be seen as good or bad its just another talking point that has an argument for both side.

Another mention on our competition in conjunction with ICONS.com. With Bale playing so well this prize is not only something to hang on your wall but its also an investment. We have had hundreds of entrances and the competition will be running until 29th March so make sure that if you haven't entered that you do below;
