It is believed that the deal is officially done for Toby to join Tottenham.
One notable source is that of Ben Fairthorne (working with Tottenham players), as well as independent writing for CNN and The Sun. He has stated the deal is done and second part of his medical complete.
If this was the case... great news, however I am yet to find anything of solid evidence that backs up who this individual is (sorry Ben if this is not the case). Just to say that I am currently waiting on sources such as Sky to break the news.
What I find interesting is that Southampton have secured the signing of an alternate defender Cuco Martina. It has been mentioned that he can play in the middle or on the right, so is this a premature move by Southampton or is it just a signing that was set to happen either way.
Here's hoping that Tottenham have pulled off a great coup.
