The question that most fans are asking is who's fault is it?
In my opinion its many different factors, but it is one of those things that will remain unclear.
People have queried about the documentation that was sent across from Porto and then reverted the blame back to Levy. However there are factors such as VDV's late deal that may have brought the Moutinho deal back about.
It seemed like the deal for Moutinho broke off early on and the reports were due to personal terms. Then once the VDV deal had been rubbered stamped it seems that funds were then available to push through the Moutinho deal.
I for one am not going to blame Levy for this as I feel that there are far too many factors in this deal that are yet to be released and that will never be released.

Seeing all of these it is difficult to blame one person, yes you can say that Levy should have started the whole process faster, but the Modric deal didn't go through till late and then put the blame back on Levy.
However Levy did work on the important things as he could. Yes I am still surprised we didn't get Moutinho or another out and out striker, but it could have been worse. Sorry to say it, but we could have been like Liverpool and cleared everyone out with no one coming in.
Trust Levy, Trust AVB, we have no choice and making things worse just affects the club and the team. Things will come good
