As things stand he is no longer employable by Spurs so is probably in breach of contract anyway.
He better start praying that there is an amicable conclusion to this fairly shortly as his reputation not to mention credibility is dwindling by the minute.
Suspect that Frank has set a new standard for the “Stepping in the brown stuff on you own doorstep” award.
