The Spurs wing-back is to undergo minor treatment on a knee injury and so will have to sit out Wales' friendly game against the Croatians in Osijek on 23rd May.
Gareth Bale has pulled out this morning (Minday)," Wales coach John Toshack said.
"We've been in touch with Tottenham and he needs to have some treatment to a knee injury."
