Bored Hoddle ready to return

Glenn Hoddle has admitted that he is bored without football and cannot wait to return to the game. Hoddle, who was supposed to bring the Glory Glory Nights back to White Hart Lane was sacked in September after a string of bad results and rumours of dressing room disagreements. He admitted that he is, 'Bored stiff already... I want to work, I feel there is unfinished business. I'm 46 years of age and I want a job'. It is widely perceived that Hoddle will have to take a managerial post outside of the Premiership, either in the Nationwide League or abroad, and rumours have been circulating that clubs in Saudi Arabia have been trying to lure the former England boss. Wherever he goes, Hoddle will be under intense scrutiny after the reports of poor man-management at Spurs, but there is no doubt that any club who hires him will have a manager with many other credentials.
