BBC Sport pundit Chris Sutton has advised England captain and goalscoring machine Harry Kane to leave Tottenham if he wants to achieve more in his career.
The 26-year-old is yet to win any silverware since breaking into the Spurs first team, going close in the Champions League and League Cup while also reaching the 2018 World Cup semi final with England.
Kane recently reiterated again that Tottenham need to keep improving if he is to stay, and former Chelsea and Celtic striker Sutton claimed the striker would be 'stupid' not to leave if either Manchester City or Liverpool came calling.
Speaking during
"We all understand he wants to win something. So if he wants to win something, I wouldn't begrudge him a move.
"Spurs are a brilliant club, but at this moment in time, they are way behind the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City. If one of those clubs came in for him, if you were Harry Kane you would be stupid not to go."
In 2018, Kane signed a six-year deal with the north London club, a contract which sees him earn £200,000-a-week, making him the highest-paid player at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Speaking alongside Sutton was Arsenal and England legend Ian Wright, who added that the arrival of José Mourinho should be enough to keep Kane at Tottenham for a little while longer.

"Now they have a manager who is a notorious winner of trophies," said Wright. "I'd give this manager a chance with his pre-season, do next season and see where it goes. Because from when he made his debut up to now, I think he has given them everything he can."
It remains to be seen whether Kane will look to move elsewhere but Tottenham would likely demand a British record transfer fee for the his services.
