Ahead of Tottenham's Carling Cup 4th round tie against Port Vale at White Hart Lane tomorrow evening, Martin Jol said: "We have had to add Steed Malbranque, Charlie Lee, Dorian Dervite and Phil Ifil to the squad along with Andy Barcham because of the amount of games that we've played."
"Steed has worked very hard to come back and has looked so good in training that I have made the decision to start him tomorrow."
Young-Pyo Lee has recovered from an ankle injury and has replaced Pascal Chimbonda (knee).
