Defender Ledley King, Winger Aaron Lennon and strikers Peter Crouch and Jermain Defoe have all made the final 23-man squad named by England coach Fabio Capello on Tuesday afternoon.
Defender Michael Dawson and midfielder Tom Huddlestone, who were both named in the provisional 30-man squad, will not be on the flight to South Africa.
