However, Kane was not seen training with the main group ahead of Tottenham's second leg at home to Fiorentina on Thursday
The tie stands at 1-1 after last week's match in Italy.
Mousa Dembele, who came off against Palace with a groin strain, was also absent, as was fellow midfielder Tom Carroll, who is struggling with an Achilles injury.
It is possible Kane, Dembele and Carroll may have trained separately, with Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino expected to give an update on the trio's fitness later on Wednesday.
Hugo Lloris and Erik Lamela, who have been out with a shoulder problem and illness respectively, were both back in action at Hotspur Way.
