Hoddle backs Pleat!

Glenn Hoddle has shocked all connected with Spurs by coing out in support of caretaker manager David Pleat. Hoddle, sacked by Spurs in September had recently been involved in a war of words with Pleat who was the Director of Football during his tenure. Pleat had accused Hoddle of an arrogance that 'had caused a rift between the players' and that his 'lack of humility, had affected his squad, even in training'. Hoddle admitted that Pleat was getting some results, and as it is results that matter then why not 'Give him a go'. Hoddle also stated that he was a fan, and as a fan, he saw that Pleat was getting some success and that was the important thing.
