Kanoute signing confirmed

Wing-back Matthew Etherington has moved in the opposite direction to Upton Park as part of the deal.

Kanoute becomes manager Glenn Hoddle's third striker signing of the close season, following the signings of Helder Postiga and Bobby Zamora.
