Sheffield United will face one of their sternest tests of the season when they travel to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to play Spurs on Saturday.
The Blades come into the fixture off the back of a terrific run of form that has propelled the newly promoted side to sixth place in the Premier League table, while their hosts have underperformed dramatically and currently sit 11th.
Not Quite So Hot-Spurs
Spurs' poor form has been well documented this season, and their current winless run stretches back four games.
It's the second time this year that they've gone on such a run, with the first lasting five games between February and March 2019.
The fact that they only had one similar run in the whole of 2017 and 2018 combined shows just how abrupt the north Londoners' drop in form has been.
Blades Not So Sharp in the Capital
Sheffield United are unbeaten away from home so far this season, but they have struggled on their previous visits to London.
In 17 of their last Premier League games against sides from the capital they've drawn six and lost 11.
On top of that, Yorkshire sides have lost ten of their last 12 visits to Tottenham in the Premier League, winning one and drawing the other.
Cockerels Rule the Roost
Spurs haven't lost to any Sheffield United side at home in all competitions since 1991.
To be fair to the Blades, they've only faced last year's Champions League finalists four times in that period.
Spurs have won three of those games and drawn the other.
Home Sides at the Double
In the previous six meetings between the two sides, the home team has always scored at least twice, and has never lost the game.
There have been four home victories and two draws.
Mauricio Pochettino will be hoping for the sake of his side's faltering top four push that this trend continues on Saturday.
Blades Happy on Their Travels
Sheffield United have lost just one away game in the whole of 2019, winning six and drawing nine. No other team in the top four leagues in England has lost fewer than Chris Wilder's side.
Only Liverpool have lost the same number on the road. That was against Manchester City, mind you.
No Cutting Through the Blades' Defence
Sheffield United currently have the best defensive record in the Premier League, having conceded just eight goals in 11 games so far.
Chris Wilder's back three are only equalled by Leicester City in the division this season.
That's the best tally of any promoted side since Wigan Athletic conceded just five in their opening 11 in 2005/06.
Kane at it Again?
Sheffield United will be the 29th different side that Harry Kane has faced in the Premier League.
He has scored against all of the previous 28, making him the only player to have scored against 100% of the opponents he's faced in the competition (minimum two opponents).
Kane will want to keep up that record before he goes off to England duty.
Dele's Riding the Wave
Dele Alli something of a lucky charm for Spurs.
The midfielder now has a record of being not having lost when he's scored for 39 games.
Only England Aston Villa legends Darius Vassell (46) and James Milner (53) have had a longer streak in Premier Leagues history.
