Tracey the 18 yr old box to box midfielder is set to sign after supposedly agreeing terms with Tottenham.
The Londoner was on trial with Tottenham in October and was included in the Tournament in the US with the U18 squad.
There is a strong possibility that Tottenham will have agreed a fee 1. As they will not want a tribunal to decide and 2. Ebbs Fleet have not shouted out about the “usual Levy tactics”.
Although the youngster is only a year younger than Alli it is believed that he is some way off of being included in the first team and is expected to join the U18 side as a scholar.
