England Under 21's won 1-0 in Holland last night. Tom Huddlestone took over the captaincy in Nigel Reo-Coker's absence.

‘With Tom Huddlestone shielding a defence that included the returning Curtis Davies, England had the perfect platform to allow the pace of Ashley Young, James Milner, Wayne Routledge and Theo Walcott to break forward in support of David Nugent.' (TheFA.com)

‘Tom Huddlestone was the game's outstanding figure. The 20-year-old produced a performance to match his physique of a man (among boys), breaking up play and driving his team forward from the centre of a three-man midfield.' (Matt Hughes, The Times)
